- Abstract
Implementation of teachers performance improvement in learning process is highly dependent on the ability of principals to manage all processes and activities related to the realization of duties and responsibilities of teachers. This study aims to analyze and synthesize a number of correlational studies that examine the relationship between principal managerial skills with teacher performance. This study uses meta-analysis techniques. Meta-analysis conducted on 13 studies about the managerial skills of principals and teacher performance. Results of this meta-analysis strengthens the evidence of the 13 studies that the managerial skills of principal has a positive relationship with teacher performance.
