- Abstract
Physical education (PE) is a fundamental component of primary school education worldwide, promoting not only physical fitness but also fostering social, cognitive, and emotional development. However, traditional PE instruction often faces challenges in effectively engaging students, leading to concerns about its effectiveness. This study investigates innovative approaches to PE instruction in primary schools, with a specific focus on the integration of technology and interactive teaching methods.
