Welcome to the Workshop on Computation: Theory and Practice (WCTP 2023). WCTP 2023 is the twelfth workshop organized by the Tokyo Institute of Technology, the Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research—Osaka University, University of the Philippines—Diliman, De La Salle University—Manila, and Chitose Institute of Science and Technology. The workshop is dedicated to theoretical and practical approaches to computation. Its goal is to showcase the latest developments by computer science researchers in academia and industry who are working to address computational problems that can directly impact the way we live in society.
