Abstract

This paper has combed the practice situation of PPP in China and clarified the feasibility of introducing PPP in the development of industrial heritage. Based on the present situation of Jingdezhen modern ceramic industry heritage and the development dilemma, it is proposed that the development of industrial heritage should be distinguished to select the PPP operation mode, the undeveloped Industrial Heritage is applied to ROT, and the developed industrial heritage can choose TBT, O&M and MC mode; and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the obstacles faced by the implementation of PPP.
