Abstract
With the development of modern society, university legal education cannot be confined to legal discipline. In order to cultivate versatile talents with high quality, it is of vital importance for moral teacher to penetrate with legal education because the legal knowledge growth is a powerful guarantee for them to survive in the society, and university moral teachers are equipped with excellent legal education capacity. Therefore, the permeation of legal education in moral class should be a new target for moral education. At present, it is a hot issue among experts and scholars to take advantage of legal education in moral education and combine them as an organic integrity. This paper analyzes the concrete strategies and approaches to penetrate legal education into moral education so as to ensure its effective application and provide reference for practical work.
