Welcome to the 61st International Conference of Machine Design Departments (ICMD 2020). ICMD 2020 mainly focuses on sharing professional experience and discussing new theoretical and practical findings. It is to identify the current situation, exchange experience and establish and strengthen relationships between universities, companies and scientists from the field of machine design. The main aim of the conference was to provide an international forum where experts, researchers, engineers and industrial practitioners, managers and PhD students could meet, share their experiences and present the results of their efforts in the broad field of machine design and related fields.
