- Abstract
Civic education into the professional curriculum is a key initiative to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education, and the construction of the curriculum Civic Science is also an important guarantee to improve the talent training system and adapt to the needs of social development. This paper takes the course "Film and Television Directing" for undergraduate students as an example, and takes the integration of thinking and politics elements in the course construction as an entry point, adopts the teaching method of combining case study and practical activities, and improves students' comprehensive ability of film and television creation through rich and diverse practical teaching on the basis of students' mastering certain theoretical knowledge. The integration of ideology and politics in this course focuses on how to use the organic design of audio-visual cases and practical activities to enable students to effectively understand the essence of socialist core values and enhance their ideological qualities such as love for the Party, love for the country and a sense of responsibility, thus achieving the teaching purpose of helping college students to further establish a correct outlook on life and values.
