Abstract

The modernization of military personnel in the new era is the core support of the “Four Modernization” in the Chinese military, and the core and key element to ensure the smooth implementation of strengthening the army in the new era. Starting from the cultivation of modern consciousness, positive attitude and modern mode of behavior, this paper explores the path to the cultivation of modern personality of military personnel in the new era, which is a realistic issue obstructing the comprehensive modernization of the military personnel.
