Abstract

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, relative poverty will exist for a long time, and the distribution of relative poverty will appear in a dot like “flower shaped” poverty. The financial mechanism to solve the relative poverty has a high common character with the mechanism of solving the “flower shaped” poverty. On the basis of summarizing the practice of financial targeted poverty alleviation in Sichuan “flower shaped” poverty-stricken areas, this paper reveals the difficulties faced by the innovative financial targeted poverty alleviation mechanism in Sichuan “flower shaped” poverty-stricken areas, and puts forward the solutions to the innovative financial targeted poverty alleviation mechanism in Sichuan “flower shaped” poverty-stricken areas.
