Abstract

The application of constructivism in physical education is a major step in improving teaching quality. Through literature study and logical analysis, this paper interprets the concept of constructivism and analyzes the current situation of physical education. Based on the author's teaching practice, where students' dominance is brought into full play, this paper sums up the implications of applying constructivism to physical education and aims to improve teaching quality.
