2017 International Conference on Culture, Education and Financial Development of Modern Society (ICCESE 2017) was be held on Mar. 12-13, 2017, in Moscow, Russia. The aim of ICCESE 2017 is to provide a common platform for educators, artists, scholars, and students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss researches, developments and innovations in the fields of education, language and literature, art and design, economy and management.
The Conference is jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), Shandong Women's University (China), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co.Ltd. (China).
ICCESE 2017 has received 269 manuscripts, 179 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included in this collection have undergone careful peer-review by two or three international and domestic experts before being selected for publication.
The Committees of ICCESE 2017 invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers. They have worked very hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their work.
