The 2016 5th International Conference on Civil, Architectural and Hydraulic Engineering (ICCAHE 2016) will take place in Zhuhai, China, July 30-31, 2016. A key aspect of this conference is the strong mixture of academia and industry. This allows for the free exchange of ideas and challenges faced by these two key stakeholders and encourage future collaboration between members of these groups. The 1st ICCAHE 2012, 2nd ICCAHE 2013, 3rd ICCAHE 2014, and 4th ICCAHE 2015 have successfully taken place in Zhangjiajie, Zhuhai, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou, China, respectively.
