Abstract
Cultural self-confidence is the firm affirmation and active practice of a nation, a country, and a political party for its own cultural values, and a firm confidence in the vitality of its culture. This article based on the perspective of “cultural self-confidence”, starting from the teaching and construction of the "Chinese and foreign food culture "course, comprehensively analyzedthe path of "Chinese and foreign food culture" curriculum.Under the perspective of implementation significance and cultural self-confidence, the construction strives to build a characteristic ideological and political course teaching model with demonstration leadership.
