Abstract

the application of aluminum alloy bars are widely. The main problems in the production process is coarse grain. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the metal in the process of extrusion forming, introduced the effect of the die structure on the degree of deformation and press stress and the effect on the coarse grain. And obtained the die structures avoiding the coarse grain showed that it is feasible in practice ,it can be used for reference.
