Abstract

In the context of the Web3.0 era, intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things are rapidly integrating into the field of education. The digital transformation of education has become the core direction of teaching reform in primary and secondary schools. As the core implementers of educational practices, teachers’ digital competence level is directly related to the quality of integration between intelligent technologies and education and teaching. Based on the era background of intelligent technology empowerment, this paper clearly defines the core connotation of primary and middle school teachers’ digital competence, deeply analyzes the current situation of primary and middle school teachers’ digital competence cultivation, accurately identifies the practical dilemmas such as individual cognitive biases, unbalanced environmental construction, defective institutional systems, and superficial technology integration, and then proposes targeted cultivation paths from four dimensions: concept innovation, environment optimization, system improvement, and technology integration. The research aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for effectively improving primary and middle school teachers’ digital competence, and help realize high-quality development of educational digitalization.
