- Abstract
This paper explores the open model of foreign language laboratories based on the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concept. By analyzing the current issues in college experimental teaching and the status of laboratory management, it proposes measures for opening foreign language laboratories. Under the guidance of the open education concept, which emphasizes resource sharing, student-centered learning, and lifelong learning, the open learning environment of foreign language laboratories is highly compatible. The paper explores the steps for implementing the laboratory open model and establishes an evaluation and feedback mechanism, which stimulates students’ interest and motivation in learning, while enhancing their autonomy, teamwork, and innovation abilities.
