- Abstract
By sorting out relevant literature, this paper clarifies the connotation of the spirit of educators, analyzes its guiding value for the development of teachers in private colleges and universities, dissects the practical dilemmas faced by the development of teachers in private colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding construction paths on this basis. The research holds that the spirit of educators can provide a value orientation and spiritual motivation for the development of teachers in private colleges and universities, help them improve their professional quality and teaching level, and promote the high-quality development of private higher education.
