Proceedings of the 3rd Annual International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Information Science (EEEIS 2017)

The 3rd Annual International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Information Science [EEEIS 2017] was successfully held in Guangzhou, China, from September 8th to 10th, 2017. EEEIS 2017 is the 3rd conference in the EEEIS conference series, following the success of EEEIS 2016 and EEEIS 2015, held in December 2016 in Xian, China and in August in Guangzhou, China, respectively. EEEIS becomes one of the major conference series on electronics, electrical engineering and information science in the region. It provides a platform for researchers, practitioners and graduate students to present research results and exchange experience in the fields, as well as to foster research collaboration between the academia and the industry.

EEEIS 2017 attracted a total of 150 paper submissions from the researchers, practitioners and graduate students in China and other countries. After a rigorous peer-review based on the originality, significance and clarity, 82 papers were finally selected to this proceedings. The selected papers reported the latest research results and novel applications in key areas of electronics, electrical engineering and information science, including communication systems and network, signal and image processing, system modelling, simulation and algorithm, information management, system and security, knowledge discovery and data mining, electro-technologies, electrical and mechanical systems, automation and control systems, power electronics and systems, and power and engineering management.

The conference programme covers invited keynote speeches, paper presentations, panel discussions, and poster presentations. All the keynote speakers are internationally recognized experts with significant contribution and extensive publication in the fields. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the organizers for their enthusiastic support to this conference, and to the technical programme committee members and reviewers for their tremendous effort in reviewing and selecting papers. Our thanks also go to many volunteers and staff for their hard work. All these made EEEIS 2017 a big success. Finally, we would like to thank all the authors, speakers, and participants for their contributions to EEEIS 2017.
