Abstract

In computer science, graph is one of the most complex data structures. But graph can be used in research and in bussiness because of its intuitive expression. It is a focus in data mining how to derive the interesting subgraph patterns from a great number of graphs. This article introduces a data mining algorithm based on graph which ueses the graph theory to improve the classic Apriori algorithm. And this algorithm can mine frequent subgraph patterns effectively.
