CITCS is an annual national forum for state-of-the-art research in Information Technology and Computer Science. CITCS is sponsored by Sacc and technically supported by Henan University, YanShan University, Jiangsu University, Wenzhou University, Hebei University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and Xi'an University of Science and Technology. It is one of the leading conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of information technology and computer science.
CITCS 2012 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances and new techniques in information technology and computer science.
CITCS 2012 also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving information technology and computer science related techniques. All submissions are peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
