Abstract

Today, as the external environment of the internet tends to mature, the consuming service based on the family life will be the main part of the E-Commerce in China. It affects the development of the industry, and also changes and affects users spending habits. This article investigates the transaction risk in the development of Service Provider to Consumer, and proposes appropriate risk control strategy through analyzing the risk.
