Abstract

To build Xi’an into an international metropolis, it is not only demand and goal of Xi’an urban development, but also its historical mission and responsibility given to Xi’an by China to build a strong socialist country and realize Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. Xi’an must follow the strategic proposal of “building five goals city, promoting four major transformations and upgrading, and grasping three keys”, which is necessary to build an international metropolis with world-class quality to fulfill its mission and responsibility.
