Abstract

This research aims to measure supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The SCOR method can measure all core supply chain processes. Measurements are based on 5 processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. These are described in each attribute and performance metric presented in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), there are level 1, level 2, and level 3. The AHP method in this study was used to determine the weight of the questionnaire results. The weight calculation results at each level are Plan at 5,492, Source at 2,448, Make at 3,330, Deliver at 11,965, and Return at 2,525. The final assessment result of Supply Chain Management performance at UMKM Sokita Jaya for village salted eggs was 25,761 in the poor category. Therefore, the Micro Small, and Medium Enterprises must focus more on supply chain flow to achieve planned targets.
