Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand the efficacy of electric acupuncture points with moxibustion in Sishencong to Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). 20 cases were considered. The cases came from The Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the same time, the patients received medical treatment. It took 8 weeks to treat MCI by using the proposal which is electric acupuncture points with moxibustion. The memory ability of the patients has been improved after evaluations of Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA-A). Therefore, the proposal may delay MCI’s development.
