The 2nd International Conference on Social Science, Public Health and Education (SSPHE 2018) was successfully held in Sanya, China on November 25-27, 2018. The conference is an annual forum for researchers and application developers in the area of social science, public health and education. This conference proceeding include 99 accepted articles selected from 190 submissions.
