Abstract

This paper propose a reasonable assumption,and abstract the toll plaza into a model only related to B and L.By using the queuing theory and traffic flow theory we define the throughput cost and accident prevent with B and L to acquire the base model,and then calculate the model by using the method of linear weighting in economics.
