Abstract

Based on the purpose of promoting the development of college teachers' teaching, this paper analyzes the status quo of teaching team construction and new teachers' teaching ability in Traditional Chinese medicine colleges from the perspectives of national policy, college construction and teacher demand, and discuses Traditional Chinese medicine colleges how to improve the teaching ability of new teachers leading by teaching teams.
