Proceedings of the 3rd International Seminar on Education Innovation and Economic Management (SEIEM 2018)
This is the proceedings of the 2018 3rd International Seminar on Education Innovation and Economic Management (SEIEM 2018), which was held on December 29-31, 2018 in Penang, Malaysia. SEIEM 2018 was organized by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) and Chongqing Technology and Business University.
Under the fast development of economics and new technologies background, more and more researchers have begun to make studies on some new ideas and methods related to the education and economic management. SEIEM 2018 comes into being as one of the leading international seminars for presenting novel and fundamental advances in education and economic management. It invites original papers describing an idea or concept, addressing issues and problems, or focusing empirically on potential or realistic areas. And we have witnessed that the prospective authors who are interested in the fields submitted their up-to-date and original research manuscripts to SEIEM 2018 in order to share their valuable experience with the leading researchers and scholars around the world.
SEIEM 2018 has accepted 185 manuscripts after the double-blind review process from 360 submissions and their authors have been invited to present their papers on the conference by presentation of oral and poster. In addition, keynote speakers are indispensable, who are internationally recognized leading experts in their own research areas. After the publication of the proceedings, it will be online available (www.atlantis-press.com) and submitted for CPCI-SSH, Google Scholar etc. index.
We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers. They have worked very hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their work. We also would like to express our gratitude to the external reviewers, for providing extra helps in the review process, and the authors for contributing their research result to the conference. Hopefully, all participants and other interested readers benefit scientifically from the proceedings. Finally, I look forward to cooperating with you all in the 4th SEIEM 2019.
