Abstract

Drug is a top priority in the people's livelihood and health care.As an important component in our country's drugs work,Chinese medicine industry have resulted in a lot of achievements after 20 years of development. However,there are serious information asymmetry problems in Chinese medicine professional market . To solve this problems, we need to establish a mechanism that can deliver a general idea of the Chinese medicine market to the terminal market trading links. Further, the credit as a easily recognized signal can effectively convey information and reshape the competition order. Based on improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper constructs the Chinese medicine professional market credit index measurement system and analysis the four categories of credit characteristics of the market index in order to provide effective way for reveal credit trends and potential risk of the Chinese medicine professional market.
