Abstract

Safety of plastics toys has been paid more and more attention. Risk identification of plastic toy in product life cycle, has important effect on promoting the safety of the products. A comprehensive list is established during the design stage.During the manufacturing process, safety check list is used. The identification method of packaging stage is fault hypothesis analysis.Hazard identification of logistics stage using hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) method.The using stage used FMEA and FTA to identify the hazards. The recovery stage adopted fault hypothesis analysis methods.
