Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous development of economic and social and the gradual increase in the number of college enrollment, the management situation of college students is becoming more and more complex. The defects and loopholes in the traditional management mode are exposed day by day, which has resulted in many students' management negligence. The national medium and long term educational reform and development plan (2010 - 2020) encourages the local colleges and universities to boldly explore and test, to accelerate the pace of reform in key areas and links. Based on the author's teaching experience, this paper first analyzed the necessity of the innovation of student management mode in local colleges and universities, then analyzed the new problems faced by students management in local colleges and universities, finally put forward the innovative ideas of local college students' management work under the new situation.
