Abstract

With the industrial upgrading and transformation in the automotive specialty skilled personnel training process, in order to meet the development needs of modernization, we should take advantage of "artisan spirit" to promote the cultivation of its associated coupling and artisans professionalism as well as their attitude implement skilled talents to the full, and promote the effective integration of skilled personnel training and "artisan spirit", so as to improve the professional skills of auto talents efficiency. In this article, the association of automotive specialty skilled personnel training and "artisan spirit" foster coupling connotation, problem analysis, and the use of countermeasures to be addressed in order to improve the quality of nurturing talent.
