Abstract

The National Outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development makes a comprehensive planning for the reform and development of national education standardized test center. Based on the author's work experience, this paper first explained the characteristics of the examination center, then analyzed the problems and deficiencies in the standardization construction, finally put forward the development strategies of the examination process construction, site facilities construction and standardization construction, hoping to play a positive role in the standardization construction of the examination center.
