Abstract

Bill management system is built for business management methods, procedures and regulations made comb, especially in passing bills business bills, review the information, approval and notes and records management approach authorization, so that business people in the process of handling the rules to follow. This paper studies the risk management instruments and proposes practical risk management measures based on the status study in China Construction Bank Jilin Branch.
