Abstract

How to adapt to the requirement of new curriculum reform is a realistic problem all the English new curriculum practioners faced with. It is an important way to enhance the students to manipulate "active participation and repeated practice". Only after they fulfill these can they achieve the standard of proficiency. In English classroom teaching, the teachers should break through the traditional classroom teaching mode, not regard the students as the "containers", but the main parts, promote students' active and full participation in the whole teaching process and maximize the students' autonomy, initiative and creativity. Meanwhile, how to improve the effectiveness and subjectivity of English teaching are analyzed in the paper.
