Abstract

E-Learning has become an important form of current education. At the same time, the development of semantic web technology provides a new way to solve the problem of information resource management, semantic-based network educational resource became an important research field in computer education technology and AI. As a main part of E-Learning, in the future, “micro course” will be a trend of education resources construction. It will provide an applicable network platform for collaborative teaching and social learning. Addressing this issue, the work presented in this paper shows the design, implementation of a new sharing platform for micro course by the advantage of ontology technology in describing and organizing knowledge. Through the three layer structure of the platform, the data layer, the logic layer and the application layer, to realize the sharing of different educational resources, provide support for the resource needs in the online learning mode.
