Abstract

The professional happiness of hotel management majors in normal university is related to the stability of students' professional thought, the quality of personnel training and the choice of future career. The author investigates the perception status of professional happiness of hotel management majors in G normal university through the questionnaire survey and the export interview method, analyzes the five factors that affect their professional happiness, and puts forward the feasible strategy to improve the professional happiness of hotel management majors in normal universities.
