Website: http://www.isemss.org The 2022 6th International Seminar on Education, Management and Social Sciences (ISEMSS 2022) was successfully held on July 15–17, 2022 in Chongqing, China. The conference brought together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Education, Management and Social Sciences to a common forum. The primary goal of ISEMSS 2022 was to promote research and developmental activities in Education, Management and Social Sciences and another goal was to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, and practitioners all around the world. We were greatly honored to have Prof. Milena Dragićević Šešić from the University of Arts, Serbia, to serve as our Conference General Chair. And there were more than 400 individuals and institutions all over the world who attended the conference. The conference agenda was composed of keynote speeches and oral presentations. Firstly, keynote speakers were each allocated 30–45 m to hold their speeches. Then in the oral presentations, the excellent papers we had selected were presented by their authors by turns. At the beginning of the conference, four distinguished professors were invited to deliver their keynote speeches. Among them, Assoc. Prof. Rose Amnah Abd Rauf from Universiti Malaya, Malaysi,a made a report on STEM Leadership Supporting STEM Education in Schools. This study described, to make STEM Education to be successful in schools, it is important for school leaders to build strong relationships and work in partnership with all members of the school community which include teachers, parents, community near the schools, industries and other organizations around the school. In addition, Prof. Xixiong Xu from Chongqing University, China, showed us his research: Confucian Merchant spirit and common prosperity. He believed that the realization of common prosperity requires not only the top-level system design at the national level, but also the micro foundation at the enterprise level. Therefore, from the perspective of Confucian culture and informal institution, he discussed the unique role of Confucian businessman spirit in improving employee treatment and corporate social responsibility. The brilliant speeches of each keynote speaker had triggered heated discussions at the conference. Moreover, their speeches won the praise of every participant for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge. The proceedings of ISEMSS 2022 cover various topics, which include Education Innovation, Education Policy Administrative System, School and Society, Privacy Issues for Education, Technologies and Information Management, etc. All the papers have been checked through rigorous review and processes to meet the requirements of publication. On behalf of the conference organizing committee, we’d like to show our congratulation and sincere gratitude to all the keynote speakers, peer reviewers, and participants. In addition, our special thanks go to the Atlantis Press, for all efforts of the colleagues in publishing this paper volume.
