Abstract

This article is dedicated to a study of organizational and methodological issues of developing a progressive database to improve the degree of substantiation of predictive and planning analytical calculations for strategic planning documents. The article provides an analysis of methodological documents on strategic planning in Russia and of methodological approaches to setting the rate of consumption of material and labor resources, as well as of capital expenditures in the USSR.
