Abstract

It is proposed clearly that scientific developing theory must be set up and carry out through Chinese Party’s 16session of 3rd Session, the economic society should realize comprehensively, coordinated, and sustainable development. “People-oriented” is the essence and core of scientific developing theory steadily, must pass “people-oriented” the idea through each aspect of the economic society. It is much difficult to meet the development situation need with traditional student supervisory work management idea, manage method and the management system, the humanist idea must be established, carries on reform and the innovation with the management idea and .management system unceasingly
