High school students in a city in Shandong province as the research object in this paper, we investigates the actuality and influence factors analysis on the relationship between teachers and students, mainly through questionnaire and interview, the results showed that in city high school, about 5% of the teacher-student relationship in tension and l 52% in general, 43% is good; the teacher-student relationship is affected by the students' gender, grade, character, type, parents' education level, their health level and academic performance. So in view of the factors that affect the relationship between teachers and students, we should take reasonable countermeasures, promote the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, so as to realize the comprehensive and healthy development of students' physical and mental quality, eventually improve the education quality of teaching.
