Abstract

With the emergence of new types of information dissemination methods such as blogs and social networks, coupled with the rapid rise of technologies such as cloud computing and the Internet of Things, data is continuing to grow and accumulate at a crazy rate, which has already predicted the arrival of the era of big data. The era of big data is an information age based on data storage, value refinement, intelligent processing and display through massive collection of data resources using modern network channels, and its essence is to collect, analyze and apply big data. Big data-driven reform and development of higher education is gradually attracting the attention of the academic community, and the big data-driven higher education quality monitoring and evaluation, big data-based higher education governance and management, and scientific decision-making in teaching have also become the hot issues in big data research of higher education. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing previous research works, this paper expounds the current situation and challenges of innovative talent cultivation in colleges and universities under the background of big data, analyzes the important influence of big data on the college innovative talent cultivation, and proposes the way to realize the college innovative talent cultivation system based on big data. The study results of this paper provide a reference for the further study of the college innovative talent cultivation system under the perspective of big data.
