Abstract

The agricultural professional managers are an important force in the strategy of rural revitalization and are the result of the development of modern agriculture to a certain stage. The development of agricultural professional managers is a systematic project. The development of agricultural professional managers involves entry mechanism, training mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanism, examination and withdrawal mechanism, service mechanism, etc. This study provides suggestions for the development of agricultural professional managers, and provides dynamic support for the development of rural economy.
