Abstract

The transformation and development of newly-built colleges and universities are the strategic measure of national higher education, which is an important guarantee for the upgrading of economic transformation and the supply-side structural reform. This paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems in the construction of new undergraduate colleges, explores the key elements and countermeasures in transformation and development, in order to provide references for the sustainable development of newly established universities.
