Abstract

Targeted poverty alleviation is an important asset for building a well-off society in every way and for realizing the great “Chinese dream” of the Chinese nation. And extensive poverty alleviation is behind targeted poverty alleviation. In the past, there were many problems such as the unclear poverty situation and an inability to deal with the challenges that lay ahead. Therefore, based on the industrial status quo in rural areas such as Huanren and Xinbin, Liaoning Province, this paper endeavors to build an e-commerce platform for the utilization of Internet technology, by way of “Internet sales of agricultural products” to establish network marketing channels, solve the issues of information asymmetry and sales of agricultural products in remote areas, and also to achieve the purpose of supporting aspirations and wisdom.
