Abstract

In order to solve the phenomenon of the low level of scientific research instruments and equipment utilization and sharing, the state council issued “ Opinions on the opening of major national scientific research infrastructure and large scientific research instruments to the public “ in 2014.And the universities has also formulated relevant regulations and measures for the sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment. The sharing of large scientific research instruments and equipment has been promoted. In order to guide the sharing work in colleges and universities, a feasible sharing evaluation a feasible sharing evaluation system is urgently needed at present. Taking full account of the differences between different universities’ equipment, the evaluation system is composed of two parts: the overall evaluation of legal entities and the evaluation of single equipment. There are 4 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators and 22 third-level indicators for the evaluation of legal entities.
