Abstract

Corporate social work has been rapidly developed and cognized and recognized by more and more people in China. This paper summarizes and analyses the research literature of corporate social work, in order to understand the intervention content, intervention methods and development prospects of corporate social work, and on the basis of this, puts forward the following research suggestions: strengthen theoretical innovation, expand the scope of service objects, and pay attention to exploration of ethical dilemmas.
