The 2019 4th International Conference on Social Sciences and Economic Development (ICSSED 2019) has been held by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Centre on March 15-17, 2019 in Wuhan, China. ICSSED 2019 aims to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Social Sciences and Economic Development research to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Social Sciences and Economic Development research and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in humanities and social science research and related areas.

We invite original papers describing an idea or concept, addressing issues and problems, or focusing empirically on potential or realistic fields.
ICSSED 2019 has received more than 300 papers and the papers come from both academia and industry concentrating on the international flavor of this event in the topics of sustainable energy and environment protection. Based on the peer review reports, 153 papers were accepted to be presented in ICSSED 2019 by the editors. All the accepted papers have been presented on the conference.
Finally, we would like to express our appreciation for all supporters, sponsors and participants who have made great contributions to the conference. Without them, we would not have been able to organize this great meeting.
