Abstract

This paper first introduces the orientation and characteristics of the course Securities Investment. According to Spencer et al. (1994) research on the general mode of business personnel competence and the author's own teaching experience, this paper classifies the abilities of applied undergraduate students after learning Securities Investment into eight categories: technical expertise, organizational operation, information seeking and conceptual thinking. Analytical thinking, self-confidence, initiative and achievement tendency. The training strategies of 8 kinds of abilities are introduced in detail.
