Abstract

Effective management of information is related to the sustainable development of B2C e-commerce industry,Information ecology management is the key link of supply chain management.B2C e-commerce information ecological chain is composed of backbone chain and backbone chain,the backbone chain mainly includes raw material suppliers and manufacturers, as well as downstream retailers and consumers,the supporting chain mainly includes external factors such as politics, economy and culture.At present, there are some problems in B2C e-commerce information ecological chain, such as information crime, information pollution, bullwhip effect and so on.Therefore, in order to improve the information ecological chain of e-commerce industry,integrative measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of knowledge governance system of formal or informal mechanisms.Building an effective knowledge integration platform and optimizing the support system of knowledge governance,to improve the Information Eco-supply chain system.
